Kelly Michelle Stables is a St. Louis Missouri native who performed in The Muny Opera. She received her cumlaude degree from The University of Missouri Columbia with a Bachelors degree in Communication and theater. When she moved to Los Angeles, she became engaged in theater and started acting as well as choreographing over two dozen musicals and plays such as The Little Foxes Brady Bunch at Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera in addition to seven titles parts in Los Angeles' prize-winning Storybook Theatre. Kelly started landing TV and film roles while she was studying in improvisation and with The Groundlings. She also became a member of Theatre West. Kelly's unique voice and small dimensions have let her portray a range of different characters. Her name was well-known to the general public for playing the role of the evil Samara along with Naomi Watts, in The Ring 2. In reality her most well-known role is as the bright and cheery receptionist on Two and a Half Men. Kelly was a regular on TV The Land sitcom The Exes from the year 2011 until the year 2015. The show featured Kelly as the paralegal by day and party hopper by evening. Kelly was also on the show in the role of Alyssa's smart, sassy sister on the ABC show Romantically Challenged and as the mother of a stressed suburban family in the CW show No Tomorrow. Her fame is based on her soaring soprano voice in a variety of animations. These include Doctor McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. In the last few years, she has been in the role of the slow but lovable Cloud 9 employee on NBC's popular comedy Superstore. She leads a tranquil private life with her husband and two small children. She loves sewing, writing as well as volunteering for school activities.
